Business Assistance Course Basic (BHV) (online)

As an employer, you are legally obliged to take adequate measures in the field of business assistance (Arbowet, article 3). This means that you must appoint emergency response officers who are well trained and able to intervene quickly and effectively in the event of accidents, emergencies or calamities (see Arbowet Art. 15). The extent to which you should organise this depends on the size of your organisation and the safety and health risks identified (determined through the RI& E).

This online training Business Assistance Basic ensures that your employees acquire these critical skills - from life-saving first aid and serious bleeding to fire management and evacuation. The training is practical, accessible and can be completed completely flexibly, so implementing this legal obligation does not have to be a logistical burden.

Finalization and benefits
After successfully completing the final test, your employees will receive a recognized certificate that they meet the Working Conditions Act requirements for emergency response personnel. This gives you as an employer legal certainty and your employees confidence in their own abilities.

The benefits of this approach are concrete: your organization fulfills its legal obligations, your employees can respond effectively in emergency situations, and you are not bound by fixed training schedules or travel costs. The flexible online approach makes it realistic to train all relevant staff without disrupting operations.
